As human beings, we fear change. Since 2002, Atlassian has continued rolling out Jira software and has helped scores of developers, product managers and essentially everyone in business to adopt more efficient digital platforms.
Daily work has changed for the better, driven by widespread adoption of the hybrid work model and remote connectivity.
Yet there is still apprehension around moving to the cloud.
Why? Well, unknown factors linked to migration is one reason, but this is compounded by concern over data security, accessibility and availability when required, as well as trepidation around high costs.
Many of these issues are easily addressed by Atlassian’s cloud solution, with the exception of one driven by human nature: the fear of losing control.
We all know that cloud is not a panacea for all our problems, however the fact remains that the challenges of moving to the cloud must be addressed, regardless of where you prefer to host your Atlassian instances: on-prem, public or private cloud.
In the podcast with Shawn Danisa, technical consultant with Obsidian Systems, we will address the benefits of Atlassian cloud.
Obsidian Systems has been an Atlassian platinum partner for more than seven years, with the expertise to assist you on your journey to the cloud.
