Johan Steyn
Johan Steyn is a smart automation and artificial intelligence thought leader and management consultant. He is chairman of the Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics with the IITPSA (Institute of Information Technology Professionals of South Africa). He participated in his personal capacity.
Renico Koen
Renico is a senior security manager at IoT.nxt. He is a certified ethical hacker (CEH), certified information systems auditor (CISA) and holds an MBA and Masters degree in Computer Science. Renico’s research interests include IoT security, cryptography and digital forensic readiness.
Christo Keyser
Christo is the IoT engineer at Comsol, building solutions for customers by supplying IoT sensors and the network that transforms the analogue world to the digital world that machines understand. He also looks after the LoRaWAN public network that covers most of the major centres in South Africa. He has an excellent understanding of the LoRaWAN protocol and how to apply it to make the world a better place. This enables end users to know what is happening around them quicker and more efficiently.
David Kyle
David is global channel manager for NETSCOUT test optimisation business unit, focused on the test and measurement industry that covers all market verticals. His company is represented in South Africa by Comtest.
